Our clients are award winning estate agents with a long, established history.
 
They have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join their sales team based in Stockton. This position is to assist and support their Sales Manager in all aspects of selling property and securing new clients.
 
You will need to be passionate about the service provided to clients. A proven track record in an environment with transferable skills is essential. You will need excellent communication skills, be articulate and well presented.
 
The successful candidate will join a market leading sales team which has excellent morale and team spirit.
 
Summary information for the vacancy:
 
Full Time Estate Agent
Based at their Stockton office
Generate sales leads and convert to new instructions
Work closely with potential buyers, building a rapport and updating them on available properties for sale or coming to the market.
Communicating and maintaining regular contact with vendors, building a trusting relationship to retain and repeat their business.
Work with our database of potential buyers for matching with available properties
Be alert and responsive to new business opportunities
Meet targets
Discuss selling and buying property with clients and solicitors
Client contact via phone, email and face to face
Computer use focused on bespoke estate agency software
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Alternate Saturdays 9.00 am - 1.00 pm with time off in lieu
 
Essential Candidate skills:
 
Proven track record in sales or in a professional office with direct customer contact
Energy and initiative to recognise sales opportunities
Confidence in your work and judgement, with an ability to explain these to others in an articulate way
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing personality
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Accurate, numerate and computer literate
 
Experience in property is not essential but candidates must have a proven track record in sales or a similar professional office.
