Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Work with the Branch Manager to deliver all operational and financial objectives in line with agreed KPI’s to ensure your branch is profitable
·Ensure all monthly sales and completions targets for the Branch are met on weekly and monthly basis
·Being aware of daily banking figures against monthly figures
·Ensure all sales are placed in pipeline and pipeline figure recorded and concentrated on a daily basis
·Sales progression – dealing with vendors and buyers to ensure smooth transition from offer accepted through to completion, working closely with solicitors to ensure any objections are dealt with
·Managing diaries proactively
·Vendor management - manage, build and maintain positive relationships with our current and potential vendors
·Exploit business development opportunities to secure new business and identify growth
·Keep local area knowledge up to date
·Comply with all industry relevant legislation
·Any other tasks required to ensure your Branch is performing as it should
·To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities or as necessitated by the needs of the business
 
Person Specification:
·Team player
·Must be flexible and be able to work under pressure
·Has achieved a good attendance record in previous roles
·Must have a desire to succeed
·Dynamic and target driven
·Ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities
·You will be commercially aware, astute at negotiating offers and fully abreast of the local market
 
 
Specialist Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
·One to two years’ experience in Estate agency – ideally as a  negotiator
·Good knowledge of local area, housing market and conditions
·Proven ability of meeting and exceeding sales targets
·Must have good knowledge and experience of using IT systems (MS Office, databases)
·Good and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
·Strong Customer Service, process and telephone skills
·Strong organisation and planning skills
·Good level of education
·Full, clean driving licence required
 
Desirable
·Studying or willing to study towards a recognised estate agency qualification or membership, i.e. NAEA, DipREA, NFoPP
·An obvious passion for the industry would be an advantage
