This independent, multi office agent is looking for a competent Sales Negotiator with the potential to also Value properties when needed, for their busy branch in Lincoln city centre.
Due to increased business levels this reputable independent brand is seeking a motivated, professional and target driven candidate to negotiate sales, carry out viewings, value and list property and drive the business forward even further.
The perfect applicant will possess a previous proven track record in negotiating offers, agreeing sales and seeing the sales process through to completion.
They will have a natural ability for building rapport with new clients and keeping existing ones returning again and again.
This agent is looking for an individual who can drive the office pipeline forward, build upon the existing reputation and grow the already healthy property portfolio.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring their personal targets for property instructions and sales are met and that they gel with the team in order to create a professional and profitable office.
Salary is dependent on the experience, good long term career prospects available for the successful candidate.
