Our client is looking for a Sales negotiator to join their growing business. With excellent career progression opportunities you will work closely with the directors of the business ensuring training and the opportunity to expand your skill set into other areas of estate agency as well as the other businesses within the company group.
The ideal candidate must have:
-Excellent organisational skills
-Work well within a team
-Minimum 1 year estate agency experience
Key duties within this role will include:
-Managing the Customer Service within the business
-Promoting and continuing to provide excellent customer service
-Arranging and attending viewings
-Gaining feedback from potential buyers
-Negotiating on offers and deals
-Closing for business
-Sales chasing and progressing
-Booking in valuations
The working pattern for this position is Monday- Thursday 8.45am-6.00pm Friday you would be expected to work 8.45am-5.30pm and work 2 Saturdays a month 8.45am-5.00pm.
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean, driving licence.
