With a range of quality individual properties being sold starting from 1.5 Million, this really is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to work in the top end of the market.
Duties will include:
-Generating and attending viewings
-Meeting and greeting customers
-General administration
-Negotiating offers
-Sales progression
Duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever possible through out the business.
To be considered for this role you must also have a full UK driving license.
The ideal candidate:-
-Calm and customer orientated
-A true team player with a personable attitude
-Honest and proactive
-Full UK driving license
-Eager to please and willing to learn
-Experience in Estate Agency is desirable
