This is not a typical Sales role; a trusted advisor working on behalf of clients who trust them with their biggest asset. Their goal is to build long term relationships with all their clients so being a true people person is a must quality.
Summary of responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead, motivate and inspire others as you demonstrate impeccable professionalism. Responsibilities include the running and performance of your team; working towards delivering a business plan target; engage your team and inspire productivity; conduct regular reviews including morning meetings, set realistic goals and empower your team to reach them. Continuously monitor performance making improvements where necessary; contribute innovative marketing ideas and support related initiatives, cary out duties with integrity, meet and exceed both personal and team targets.
You will have the core responsibility for creating new opportunities and appraising properties for sale. Following up past appraisals to win new business, grow market share, advise sellers on their legal obligations. Ensure all properties are marketed to the best of their ability, update clients on the progress of their sale and create strategies to deliver results in line with their expectations. Carry out due diligence on buyers and assess their financial position, negotiate offers and assist in progressing sales to completion.
Attributes and skills:
·3 years experience in Property Sales, with 1 year as a Sales Manager
·Proven capability of leading by example
·Ability to convert appraisals, into listings and sales
·Must drive and have own car (car allowance paid)
·Confident, professional and outgoing personality
·Strong negotiation skills
·Teamwork and dedication - a true team player
·Excellent attention to detail
·Resilience to overcome obstacles to deliver what is required, a problem solver
·Strong time management skills and prioritisation skills and be self-motivated

Basic Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience with an OTE of £65,000 - £70,000 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Saturdays 10am - 2pm (time off in lieu) negotiable
Holidays: 30 days (including bank holidays)
