Our client, a prestigious West Country estate agency, are seeking a Residential Sales Manager to work on a full time, permanent basis, based in Burnham on Sea with a competitive salary of up to £50,000 on target earnings. They will also consider a super valuer with recent experience looking to progress into a managerial role.
The successful candidate must have:
·Ability to develop new business opportunities in estate agency and cross sell across the business
·Excellent track record in estate agency, with a proven track record in valuing
·Excellent networking skills
·Knowledge of the local property market
·A driven and pro-active approach to work
·Highly organised and efficient approach
·Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
·Full driving licence essential
·Leadership and management skills

The Burnham on Sea office is extremely well established and has a busy and friendly atmosphere. The company is currently in the process of relocating the office to a central location in the middle of the high street. The successful applicant will have the benefit of opening our new office which will be newly fitted with the latest backlit displays and technology.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am-1pm. Salary is highly competitive with a basic of around £25-32,000 and on target earnings of £35-50,000 per annum depending on level of experience.
