 This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager/ Lister to join this reputable independent property agent based in the busy centre of Peterborough.
 
 Whilst this brand are assertive and pro-active, they also have a friendly approach to the way in which they conduct their business with both employees and clients .
 
 They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced sales manager/ valuer, who must have previous property listing experience and ideally have knowledge of the local area. This exciting role requires a driven and confident candidate who thrives on searching for and  winning business and delivering results.  This is not a role for a phone answerer, but for a candidate keen to do whatever it takes to drive the business forward.
 
This will be a targeted role and the successful person must be used to working, and enjoy, a sales focused environment and not only valuing properties, but converting them to instructions.
 
The company offer a generous basic salary, car allowance, as well as fantastic commission structure.
