Our client are a British Real Estate Company headquartered in Los Alcazares, Murcia . They offer buyers the opportunity to purchase property in the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida & Costa Almeria, Spain for Investment, Holiday Home or Full Time Living.
The role will be based from their Los Alcazares Sales Office.
This is a Self-Employed role with realistic OTE of:
€130k in Year 1;
€180k + in Year 2 and onwards.
They provide all the training and enquiries you will ever need.
They also pay 40% commission, the highest in the industry and therefore your sales targets are very realistic indeed to meet OTE’s.

·Sourcing NEW and/or RESALE properties in your chosen location.
·Sell properties in Spain to UK, European, Scandinavian & Middle East based clients both on the telephone and face to face.
·Matching client’s requirements to their portfolio of properties in Spain
·Selling properties ranging from €50,000 – €3,000,000.
·Efficiently closing deals with clients and taking them through to handover.
·Assisting with the Legal & Financial process via their Partners.
·Develop long-standing relationships with clients and promote referrals.
·No cold calling of buyers. You will be provided with enough regular leads each month to achieve the targets
·Selling will take place over the phone, face to face meetings at their Sales Office and at Developers offices and sites.
·A property sales professional with a preferred extensive experience selling property in any country but direct sales experience a must.
·A proven track record as a high performing sales professional and expert closer.
·A highly self-motivated sales professional who is ready to capitalize on a unique opportunity.
