As part of their continued development and business growth, they are looking for successful property brokers their teams selling luxury property throughout London. They are seeking driven, self-assured and ambitious individuals with proven experience in residential sales in London or the Home Counties, who can demonstrate exceptional Listing and negotiation skills and deliver results.
Your Responsibilities -
Initiative coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on the results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this role.
The pace of work is faster than average, so the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognising and adapting to change is critical.
Skills required -
·A proven track record within residential sales or new homes, preferably within London or
·the Home Counties
·Confident Lister with a proven track record and high conversion rate
·To be able to provide an accurate market appraisal and sell the business to gain new
·A sense of urgency to achieve goals
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·Confident and enthusiastic communication style
·Self-starting with the desire to succeed
·Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
· Negotiation skills
Package and Benefits -
·My clients offers a solid basic salary of £22,500- £25,000 depending
·Pool cars where required
·Realistic OTE £60-75,000
Members of their Sales Team have been known to earn over £100k in a year !!!!

Hours of work -
·Monday to Thursday 8.30-6
·Every other Saturday 9-4 but you get a half day off in Lieu
