Full-time. Permanent.
You will carry out viewings for lettings properties in the North West, negotiating offers with applicants and delivering exceptional customer service face to face and over the telephone. You will be energetic, have a “hands on” approach and be willing to become involved in all aspects of the business.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in Sales and Lettings and ideally you will preferably be ARLA qualified.
You will be required to have a clean driving licence and your own car.
The Sales & Lettings Negotiator is a varied and stimulating role. It encompasses skills and responsibilities from different areas within the bigger picture of real estate.
Your main objective will be to promote, sell/let a property to a client. You will build a relationship with your clients, which will continue well after the initial deal has been wrapped up. You will build trust and will be required to be honest and truthful always maintaining integrity.
·Gather information about a property and arrange for pictures to be taken.
·Speak with clients and assess their needs.
·Arrange and conduct viewings
·Learn how to market and advertise properties
·Reach Sales and Lettings targets
·Deal with telephone and email queries.
·Liaise with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc).
·Arrange for clients to sign the contracts once the sale/Let is made.
·Maintain contact with clients after they have settled in to make sure everything runs smoothly.
·Build a client base in your area.
·Keep your administrative records updated
Hours  9.00am – 5.30pm  Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
