An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a award winning, energetic, and experienced Sales team in Bishopston. My Client are currently looking for an administration co-ordinator to assist the Sales team with day-to-day tasks ensuring service standards always remain high. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Assisting the Sales Team with incoming call handling
• Typing property descriptions from dictation and various other sales letters as required
• Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval
• Ensuring window presentations are current & up to date
• Preparing advertisements for entry into various editorials
• Maintaining the offices webpages and microsites
• Raising sales invoices
• Ordering and restocking office supplies

• Basic salary of £22k with a realistic OTE of £24k plus (uncapped pooled commission).
