An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking property professional to join a highly regarded estate agency in Bradford-on-Avon. You will be joining their thriving team as a Sales Administrator - Negotiator.
Due to the varied nature of this role the ideal candidate must be open minded and able to perform well under pressure. You must have impeccable customer skills and be highly skilled within the latest computer software and programmes.
This is customer facing sales role and will involve:
·Booking appointments for viewings and valuations
·Updating clients on a regular basis
·Listening to applicants requirements and matching them to properties
·Maintaining and developing relationships with applicants via telephone calls and emails
·Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
·Carry out appointments and get involved with viewings and valuations
·Creating and updating property brochures
·Sales progression
·Winning new business
Essential skills required:
·Highly organised and able to work on your own initiative
·Able to cope in pressurised environment
·Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
·Well presented
·A positive, confident and determined approach
·Desire to learn and succeed within the business
·Full driving licence
Salary: basic £18,000 to £20,000 / OTE £23,000
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am till 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (with a day off in lieu)
