Our client is a well- respected independent estate agency with a great local reputation. An opportunity has been created for an incredibly bright, organised, conscientious and competent Property Administrator for their office which is based in North West London.
 
This varied and exciting role requires a bright, enthusiastic and conscientious individual who is able to multi-task effectively, take responsibility and ensure the smooth operation of the office and processes at all times.
 
Functioning as a point of contact for landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers
Providing secretarial support to the office and administrative support to the Negotiators.
 
Ensuring that all out-going correspondences are of the highest standard and dealing with outgoing and incoming invoices
Maintaining the database and updating property details on the company website
Implementing efficient office systems, creating good filing systems and maintaining appropriate levels of office supplies
Delivering a first class service to clients at all times
 
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience as an Administrator  within property will be considered an advantage but not essential.
Background knowledge of Lettings & Sales Contracts / AST is desirable although not essential.
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organised
Advanced IT skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
