Due to an increase in business, our client are currently seeking a highly methodical Administrator to work within their busy Bath branch.
As a Branch Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the secretarial & administration of the branch, helping develop the business through property getting and property selling by way of effective communication and people skills to ensure a professional image is displayed to the customer.
It’s a varied role that could see you doing everything from welcoming customers in-branch, keeping paperwork up-to-date, producing property bulletins and reports, and registering and recording applicants.
Whatever you find yourself doing, you’ll be doing it supported by and supporting your wider team, putting our clients customers first and helping them to get even better every day.
Successful applicants will have a solid background in exemplary office administration, supporting a team and providing exceptional customer service. You will have strong attention to detail, be highly organised and enjoy working within a fast paced admin environment.
