An interesting and varied position has become available with a quality Estate agency and Lettings brand for a Sales Administrator to join a successful business in the Oxford area who have built up an impressive and much respected portfolio over the past few years.
Within this role the Administrator will be responsible for supporting both the Sales team, Sales Progression team and the Director across all aspects of the sales process; from typing up property details, memorandum of sales, communications between vendor and purchaser and overall managing any administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
You should have a natural ability to multi-task, manage a broad workload and have meticulous attention to detail is essential.
·Previous EA Administrator experience is preferred but not necessary
·Strong communication skills
·Accurate typing and PC skills and use of systems
·Knowledge of Rightmove, Zoopla
·Ability to multi-task and be highly organised
