You will become an important addition to its already successful team in a Portsmouth based office.
You will manage the day-to-day operation of the sales team and office processes.
You will also be supporting the Branch Manager. Taking branch meetings when required, leading by example and in doing so inspiring and coaching others in the team as necessary.
It is essential therefore that you have a minimum of two years’ experience of working in the residential side of estate agency.
Knowledge of working in the Portsmouth marketplace would be helpful but is not essential.
Once established in your role, you will continually monitor the local marketplace and become an expert in it.
Your secondary focus will be to successfully list properties, advising owners on valuations and the right marketing strategy to sell their homes.
You will need to have an ability to build great relationships, with a quantifiable record of turning valuations into instructions.
You must have drive, commitment, and determination. Together with enthusiasm to set an example in this fast moving and successful business.
