Our client is well known for their attention to detail, customer service standards and staff retention.
Due to their continued success they require a Receptionist/Administrator to join them in their Bradford Office.
Duties to include:
ÂˇMeeting and greetings visitors
ÂˇAnswering the telephone
ÂˇUpdating window displays
ÂˇSupporting management and other staff
ÂˇOverseeing the general appearance of the office and ensuring supplies are well stocked/
Duties will cary and you will be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.
The hours for this position will be:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am-1pm
The ideal candidate:
ÂˇSome lettings experience or knowledge would be desirable
ÂˇCustomer service experience and reception experience is essential
ÂˇHonest with ethical morals
ÂˇGreat attention to detail and organised
ÂˇGood time keeper
ÂˇStrong listener with patience
ÂˇConfident on the telephone
