Our client is well known for their attention to detail, customer service standards and staff retention.

Due to their continued success they require a Receptionist/Administrator to join them in their Bradford Office.

Duties to include:

¡Meeting and greetings visitors
¡General administration
¡Answering the telephone
¡Distributing mail
¡Updating window displays
¡Supporting management and other staff
¡Overseeing the general appearance of the office and ensuring supplies are well stocked/

Duties will cary and you will be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.

The hours for this position will be:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am-1pm

The ideal candidate:

¡Well presented
¡Some lettings experience or knowledge would be desirable
¡Customer service experience and reception experience is essential
¡Honest with ethical morals
¡Great attention to detail and organised
¡Good time keeper
¡Strong listener with patience
¡Confident on the telephone
¡Good grammar
