Our clients are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join our family run business in Old Isleworth.
Previous experience of at least one year in Residential Property Management is essential for this role. For this position, you will need to show your comprehensive industry knowledge, a thorough understanding of lettings law and processes, have great organisational and administrative skills, demonstrate strong communication abilities and show that you are confident and capable in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.
The job will consist of the following day-to-day roles and responsibilities:
·Assisting landlords/tenants with the arrangement of maintenance works required
·Data input on FixFlo, Vebra, Jupix and Google Spreadsheet's.
·Arranging the end-of-tenancy process, including the deposit release and utility changeover.
·Arrangement of mid-term inspection reports, including reviewing them and sending them to landlords.
·Customer care calls to landlords regularly.
The working hours will be 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You will also be required to alternate the emergency out of hours phone, on the extremely rare occasion.
