Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well established independent firm in Chichester, West Sussex.
 
Looking for a high calibre individual to look after a large database of professional properties, the ideal candidate for the role will have a strong Property Management background and will be keen to join a forward thinking firm.
 
The idea candidate:
- Property management experience and experience of dealing with the general public in face-to-face customer service role
?- An analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
?- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
?- Strong organisational skills
?- Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail
- Driven with a real desire to succeed, ability to demonstrate initiative and self motivation
?- Excellent problem-solving abilities
?- Genuine interest in property and people
?- UK driving license & own car
 
Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30pm
Saturday Rota - depending on staff numbers.
 
Basic up to £28k
