A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hybrid Property Manager to join a well established firm in Foxley.
Looking for a high calibre individual to look after a large database of professional properties, the ideal candidate for the role will have a strong Property Management background and will be keen to join a forward thinking firm.
Duties to include:
- General administration
- Arranging maintenance
- Negotiating with contractors
- Inspections and inventories
- Move in's and move out's
- Ensuring all legislation is followed correctly
The ideal candidate must be willing to lend a hand wherever is needed to ensure that the Property Management role is successfully met and fulfilled.
- 12 Months Property Management experience
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
- Well presented and professional
- Able to problem solve and a quick thinker
- Fantastic customer service
- Personable and able to work well in a team
- Ability to work in a sometimes challenging environment
The role will involve attending property inspections so a full driving license and own car are preferable.
