They are now looking for an experienced lettings property professional to join their busy team in St Ives.
GENERAL DUTIES OF THE ROLE
Manage and oversee properties within our portfolio.
Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding
any maintenance works required/actions to be
undertaken, resolving accordingly.
Keeping the property & landlord up to date with
compliance and legislation.
Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing
feedback to Landlords.
Prepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual
Manage tenancies from the point that the tenant moves in until
The company are offering 1 month of internal training and industry training from ARLA
The ideal candidate will be sociable, Self reliant, organised, professional, polite, and have ideally 1 years similar experience.
A generous basic salary is being offered dependent on experience.
