A great opportunity to join a fast growing Estate Agency based in North West London, they are currently looking for a Property Manager/Office Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a varied exciting role where you are working in three areas, Property Management, Office Management and Lettings Administration.  The management portfolio is growing hence they need someone on board who can share the workload in managing properties, but also assisting in other areas of the business. Managing the back office, assisting the lettings administration and generally supporting the team.  Within a small team you will always have variety of tasks to keep each day different and interesting!
Property Management role:
·Arranging and carrying out property inspections
·Co-ordinating repairs with landlords, tenants and contractors
·Logging repairs, raising charges on CRM (Vebra Alto)
·Dealing with enquiries , sourcing contractors and checking credentials
·Negotiating deposits
·Dealing with disputes
·Serving legal notices on tenancies
·HMO management and applying for HMO Licences
·Dealing with tenancy renewals
·Arranging gas safety certificates, fire alarm testing
Lettings Administration role:
·Assisting the team with progressing tenant referencing
·Conducting right to rent checks
·Liaising with landlords to obtain relevant safety certificates
Office Management role:
·Obtaining ID for clients to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
·Keeping office up to date with Health and Safety requirements
·Liaising with contractors
·Stationery and ordering supplies, monitoring key cabinets
·Organising office events
·Invoicing and credit notes administration and some HR administration

Qualifications and Skills:
·Property Management and Office administration
·Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary £ 25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Flexibility on cover occasional Saturdays (10am - 2pm) if required, time off in lieu given.
Holidays : 28 days (including bank holidays)
