Our client are looking for an experienced property manager to join their busy office in Liverpool. The role requires someone with a minimum of 2 years experience and someone that knows how to manage a busy workload.

·Organising maintenance within the properties in your portfolio. Ensure no properties are uninhabitable/un-rentable for longer than 5 workings days
·Conducting a thorough and compliant onboarding process for all external contractors.
·Required to answer telephone calls to the office in equal proportion to the lettings team
·Organising gas safety checks, EPC and inventories.
·Invoicing and general office administration.
