An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established letting agency as a property manager in Hayle, West Cornwall with salary up to £22,000. This is a varied role covering a beautiful part of the country visiting and working with properties from town flats to country houses.
This person will work in a team of 4 managing 280 properties on a daily basis. The role will include liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants regarding maintenance issues reported and arranging repairs, carrying out property inspections, pre checkout and checkout inspections and all associated administration. The property portfolio is within a large area of Cornwall from Truro to Lands End and the Lizard and all areas in between so it is essential that you are aware of the area and how many miles you could be doing on a weekly basis although this will not start until around 6 months of employment.
The salary will be between £20k and £22k depending on experience but our client does need someone who has some experience in a similar role. Use of their own vehicle is essential but mileage will be paid depending on the engine size.
