A reputable and friendly lettings firm in Torbay are looking to recruit a Property Manager to work in their residential lettings department, ideally with some sort of property experience.
The right individual will be well presented, driven and extremely articulate, must have a full driving license and access to a car and have an excellent work ethic. As a property manager you will be talking with both landlords and tenants you will need to be able to confidently communicate via telephone and face to face. General computer and excellent administration skills are essential and attention to detail is crucial. You will be excellent and experienced in multi tasking and able to deal with a fast moving environment.
You will be happy to do appointments outside of the office such as routine inspections and check ins/outs and strive to offer an excellent customer service to all clients. The role will be covering various aspects of lettings such as office administration, check ins, check outs and property management to include repairs and maintenance and property inspections.

Salary £20-24,000 dependent on experience with Saturdays 9-4 on a 1 to 3 rota. Core hours 9-6pm Monday to Friday.
