My client is an independent Agent and has been established in the area for over 70 years, specialising in residential property Sales, Lettings and Property Management.
Continuing demand for our services means that we are now seeking an Experienced Lettings and Property Management assistant to join their team in Sidcup.
They pride themselves on a high level of customer service - which is endorsed by our memberships of ARLA, NAEA, TDS & Property Ombudsman and they are a friendly and professional company who believes in providing high levels of customer service to their Landlords and tenants who become members of the local community.
As Lettings and Property Management assistant you would be reporting to the Senior Manager, and assisting the Lettings Manager and Property Managers with their duties.
Brief duties and skills required for the position:
·Assisting with the Lettings and Property Management team
·Marketing of new lets
·Dealing with renewals
·Answering queries from tenants and landlords
·Dealing with property maintenance issues and general administration and paperwork.

·9 to 6pm plus most Saturdays 9 to 4 (with day off in the week).
