As a property manager you will be enthusiastic, proactive, be able to use your own initiative and provide client support by staying in contact with all those who get in touch.
We all work closely together to provide a seamless service to those who choose us to market their properties.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
·Communicating with clients in a professional manner over the phone, face to face and by email.
·Work within the team to achieve targets and improve performance
·Conducting check in and check out appointments
·Conducting routine visits
·Arranging CP12’s, EPC’s and EICR’s as required
·Arranging required general property maintenance issues for all managed properties
·Chasing any rent arrears
·In addition, supporting the team with arranging and attending viewings, tenant offer negotiation, tenant referencing and drawing up of tenancy documentation as well as handling of initial move in monies and registration of Security Deposit. Any other ad hoc duties required.
Property Manager Requirements:
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented
·Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
·Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and in line with company requirements
·Able to multi-task
·Determined - Be willing to go the extra mile
·Full Clean Driving Licence
·Access to own vehicle

Hours of work - Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm (with lieu day)
