This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team in the Exeter area. You will be responsible for lettings and property management on a portfolio that covers property across the United Kingdom with a salary of £18-18,780 and great benefits.
The role involves managing a portfolio of let only properties around the UK on behalf of corporate and private landlords. This will include instructing local agents to market the property, completing tenancy checks, organising for the tenants to be both checked in and checked out of the properties, renewing leases, organising repair and maintenance on the property and quarterly inspections.
The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient, have excellent admin and IT skills, be able to work to target, have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work well individually as well as part of a team.
This position will be based at the Exeter City Centre office for six months training then you will be given the option of working from home. The role may revert back to office based in the future.
The position offers a competitive basic salary of £18,000 rising to £18,780 after probation period plus pension and a range of great benefits including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and holidays rising a day per year (up to 25 days).
