Property Manager - Marlow
A well established and highly respected Independent firm In the Bucks/Berks are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its busy office in Marlow. The Property Manager will ensure that Landlords & Tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.
Other responsibilities of the Property Manager include (amongst others):
Effective handling of day to day property maintenance issues and planned maintenance.
Invoice management and processing.
Obtaining competitive quotations.
Reporting to landlord and tenant.
Organisation of safety certification and remedial works.
Negotiation and distribution of deposits.
Ensuring all management systems are kept up to date and maintained.
Ensuring that only approved and suitable contractors are instructed.
Raising work-orders for all works.
Obtain risk assessments and method statements for works.
Process all invoices.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Achieving set KPI’s.
The ideal Property Manager will:
Be an excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work.
Ideally be ARLA licensed/have achieved the NFOPP Technical Award.
Have excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word.
Have an ability to multi-task, be adaptable and a good team player.
Possess a strong service "ethic" and have excellent written and communication skills.
Have the ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team.
Have strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Be happy to take the initiative and have confidence in dealing with clients.
