Our client, a leading property company are looking for an organised, customer focused individual to join their property management department as a Property Manager in the busy office in central Bristol.
The role will include:
-Arranging maintenance works/repairs
-Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
-Arranging gas and safety inspections
The ideal candidate will be honest, proactive, and have a minimum of 1 years Property Management or Lettings experience under their belt. You must also have a full UK driving license and be a team player.
This is a great opportunity and if you have excellent communication skills, are hard-working and are able to work to deadlines along with having a full driving license.
