Our client, who is an independent lettings agent in the Portsmouth area, is looking for an experienced residential lettings property manager for their offices in Southsea.
The company has a good-size portfolio of HMO properties and are looking for a person with experience dealing with this type of property, as well as the existing stock of rented property too.
Ideally the successful candidate will also be ARLA qualified, but this is not essential and experience of the above is more important.
You will be able to demonstrate a complete working knowledge of property management and HMO property.
The role will also involve dealing with: maintenance issues, property inspections, tenancy renewals, check-outs, deposit returns, safety certificates, rent payments and arrears, liaising with tenants and landlords y telephone, email and face-to-face, and general administration etc.
You will need to be hard-working, articulate, able to work in a busy environment with a logical and unflappable manner.
In return, the company offers a realistic basic salary and commission on maintenance repairs etc.
