Our quality client in West London are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager.
The successful candidate will be someone who can communicate well with Landlord, Tenant & Contractors alike with the ability to resolve issues effectively in a timely manner, all the while delivering exceptional levels of customer service. This person will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment who ideally has some experience in property or property management. There is a high level of administration in this role so would suit someone who is well organised & has an eye for detail.
·Setting up property and tenancy details on CFP
·Filing/archiving/note taking – Ensuring that detailed notes are kept on the system, filing & archiving is kept up to date
·Dealing with accounts including: deposits, TDS, taking & receipting payments, chasing rent arrears & deposit returns
·Renewals, change of tenant, early terminations, vacating properties
·Carrying out regular property inspections and reporting back to Landlords
·Arranging & supervising any necessary maintenance works promptly, obtaining quotes where required.
·Taking calls from tenants and landlords & contractors resolving any problems
·Annual Checks – Keeping all Gas, Electric and EPC’s up to date and dealing with any issues arising promptly
·Working with & supporting the lettings team
Skills & Experience:
·Minimum of 12 Months Experience
·Experience in property management ideal but not essential however some experience in property is required
·Excellent communication and customer service skills
·Problem solving skills and working well under pressure
·Full clean driving licence
·Strong organisational skills and a professional manner
·Good command of spoken & written English
·Foreign language/s – a benefit, but not essential
