Full Time (maternity cover) Lettings Property Manager/Administrator Bournemouth
A great opportunity to join an established busy office in Bournemouth.
Previous lettings experience is preferable, or the ability to demonstrate a complete knowledge of the lettings market and property management.
Excellent customer service skills, local area knowledge and a positive attitude is a must.
You will need to:
Be able to deal with landlords and tenants both face-to-face and on the phone, dealing with all aspects of lettings.
Predominately organizing and monitoring property maintenance.
Resolving difficult situations and liaising with all parties.
Demonstrate exceptional administration skills and log all activity on the employers' bespoke systems.
Deal with general enquiries regarding lettings.
Manage your diary effectively.
Assist with general office duties.
Manage social media to sell the company services and promote them professionally.
Possess excellent IT skills.
Be a team player who is positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
This is mainly an office based role however you may be required to visit properties for associated duties.
Be well organized, well-presented, smart and assertive.
Full driving license is essential.
This is a full time position, Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm plus a Saturday Rota, 9am – 1pm.
