A well regarded firm in Manchester are looking to recruit a Property Manager for their busy office. The role will require someone who is extremely well organised and professional and someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative.
To be considered for this role you must have Property Management experience.
The company are very successful in the local area and have a large portfolio therefore the right person must work well under pressure.
Duties to include:
ÂˇAssisting the Property Management Director with Portfolio Management
ÂˇDaily Liaison with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors
ÂˇCarrying out Periodic and Check-Out Property Inspections and writing up reports of outcomes.
ÂˇProducing Inventory Check in and Check out reports
ÂˇArranging Repair and Maintenance works for Landlords and overseeing works
ÂˇResponsible for changeover utility letters between tenancies for managed properties
ÂˇGeneral Office Duties and Administration
ÂˇPreparing Move In Packs and Conducting Tenant Move Ins
ÂˇBooking Viewings for Applicants
ÂˇEnsuring Tenant/Contractor/ Landlord compliance with Statutory and Contractual Obligations.
ÂˇOrganise Gas Safe Inspections as well as Electrical Safety, Legionella and EPC checks
ÂˇTenancy Renewals (Liaising with Landlords and Tenants)
Duties will vary, it is essential that to be considered for this role you must have a full driving license
