Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious property manager / estate manager to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating all of the resources (internal & external) to effectively manage high-end, flagship residential estates and deliver outstanding service to the residents.

Working Hours â 10.00-19.00, Monday to Friday
Location â Central London
You will be responsible for the general organisation and administration of the Property Management portfolio and Block Management. This is a key role within the company, working with the lettings department and supporting the team to secure new management stock, whilst maintaining a high standard of service for managed clients. Ensuring internal controls and procedures are followed in line with ARLA, ARMA and TPO guidelines, in addition to monitoring & upholding compliance with Health & Safety as well as other Legal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Lettings and Block Management, with a confident, customer focused approach to work.
Your responsibilities will include the reactive and preventative maintenance for both BM & AST, project management of maintenance works, monitoring Service Charge Arrears, check out process and the release of deposits, compliance with current legislation, creating and managing service charge budgets and more. Excellent in-depth knowledge of both Lettings and Block Management will be vital in this dual role.
Âˇ3 years+ relevant management experience. While a background in estate management is desirable, your experience could be in surveying or property management
ÂˇKnowledge of relevant legislation (eg. Landlord & Tenant Act, RICS Code etc)
ÂˇDetailed working knowledge of building management, systems maintenance and repair projects
ÂˇCustomer relationship management
ÂˇExcellent time management, prioritisation, delegation and project management skills
ÂˇExcellent numeracy/analytical skills and competency in dealing with financial information
ÂˇExcellent communication skills â outstanding telephone manner and customer service, letter writing and the written and verbal presentation of information
ÂˇExcellent computer skills â proficient in all Microsoft programmes.
ÂˇExcellent people skills â an ability to adapt your style as required
ÂˇExcellent commercial skills â demonstrate a savviness and awareness of commercial reality
ÂˇExperience of working with high net worth individuals is preferred
ÂˇPrevious managerial experience will be considered a bonus
