A well regarded firm in Manchester are looking to recruit a Property Manager for their busy office. The role will require someone who is extremely well organised and professional and someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative.
To be considered for this role you must have Property Management experience.
The company are very successful in the local area and have a large portfolio therefore the right person must work well under pressure.
Duties to include:
·Assisting the Property Management Director with Portfolio Management
·Daily Liaison with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors
·Carrying out Periodic and Check-Out Property Inspections and writing up reports of outcomes.
·Producing Inventory Check in and Check out reports
·Arranging Repair and Maintenance works for Landlords and overseeing works
·Responsible for changeover utility letters between tenancies for managed properties
·General Office Duties and Administration
·Preparing Move In Packs and Conducting Tenant Move Ins
·Booking Viewings for Applicants
·Ensuring Tenant/Contractor/ Landlord compliance with Statutory and Contractual Obligations.
·Organise Gas Safe Inspections as well as Electrical Safety, Legionella and EPC checks
·Tenancy Renewals (Liaising with Landlords and Tenants)
Duties will vary, it is essential that to be considered for this role you must have a full driving license
