My client are a property management company who specialise in looking after let properties
for estate agents and corporates across Britain.
There is currently an opening for an experienced property manager to be based in the Rickmansworth office.
This is a front end relationship role with clients and tenants.
Managing a portfolio of approx 200 to 300 properties
Liaise with contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance works are carried out to
Satisfactory standard and timescale and in line with any guarantee, warranties (Planned and Reactive maintenance).
Ensure that properties within your portfolio are legally compliant for Gas certs / Inspections at all times.
Keep gas safety, inspections up to date.
Gas safety & inspections report to be updated on weekly basis and reviewed by reporting manager on Friday morning.
Approve contractor invoices and ensure itâs added correctly Once a deposit release is agreed complete the property and update records.
WO to be reviewed on wkly basis and updated reports.
Any maintenance job approved above ÂŁ1000 make sure funds are collected upfront. If the maintenance amount is higher than the monthly rent, funds should be collected upfront.
All notes must be saved on database and where possible supporting documents should be uploaded.
Notice is severed correctly and saved on database.
Acknowledge your emails and always call back if you committed to do so even if the task is not complete but always communicate.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary dependant on experience
ÂŁ23k to ÂŁ28k + bonuses
