Our client are one of the fastest growing companies in the area. With a great reputation, they are seeking to recruit a property manager to join the team.
Your purpose will be to manage an allocated portfolio of rental properties, providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the management team, clients, tenants, suppliers and any other approved partner and day to day management of landlord and tenant property needs.
Duties to include;
ĂEnsure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards.
ĂMaintain a good working relationship with Clients.
ĂOnboarding new Clients and Portfolios efficiently and in line with Lettings processes.
ĂAdding new Landlords, Properties, Tenants and Tenancies to the property management system accurately and efficiently.
ĂEnsuring that individual and team KPIâs are met wherever possible.
ĂManage the allocation of funds.
ĂOversee day to day maintenance of rental properties.
ĂManage planned maintenance of rental properties in line with legislative requirements.
ĂAdhere to relevant regulations at all times.
ĂManage hard and soft copy data and e-mails and ensure that the property management system remains updated.
ĂDeal with Landlords/Tenants queries verbally and in written form.
ĂManage the registration and release of tenancy deposits.
ĂManage the portfolio arrears levels and credit control procedures taking steps to meet agreed targets and understanding reasons for variations.
ĂEnsure the Landlords remain updated concerning management issues.
ĂDeliver consistently high levels of Customer Service.
In return, my client offer a 5 day week with a 1 in 6 Saturday requirement - a day in lieu is then given.
