A Property Maintenance Coordinator/ Lettings Negotiator is required to join a forward thinking proactive firm who now have room for a new addition!!
·Phoning out properties
·Speaking with landlords and tenants
·Checking tenants in to properties and checking tenants out of properties
·Arranging maintenance works
·Conducting some simple maintenance works
Duties will vary and you are expected to lend a hand wherever is needed!!
The ideal candidate:
·Some knowledge of simple maintenance works such as fixing a shelf or unblocking a sink or bleeding a radiator would be a huge benefit.
·A back ground in plumbing or electrics would also be a benefit
·Keen eye for detail
·Excellent customer service
·Passion for property
·Honest and trustworthy
·Well presented and nicely spoken
·Willing to go the extra mile where needed
This is very much a varied role, it will suit a professional candidate who is willing to go the extra mile and get stuck in. You will be carrying out predominantly a Lettings Negotiator role and in quieter times be carrying out some property management.
The hours for this role will be:
Monday-Friday 9am till 5.45pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 10am till 3pm
When you have worked a Saturday you will get a half day off in lieu.
