Duties to include but are not limited to:
·Check in's and check out's
·Vendor contact and care
·Some general administration duties
·Negotiating tenancy renewals
·All maintenance issues
·Speaking with contractors
·Arranging gas, electric and water checks
Duties will vary, it is essential that to be considered for this role you must have a full driving license with access to your own car. You must also have a minimum of 6 months property experience to be considered for this role.
