A fantastic firm in Bath are seeking a Property Manager to join their expanding team and company.
With an enviable reputation they are known for exceeding expectations through their fantastic level of service.
You will be required to carry out all of the necessary tasks that occur when managing a portfolio (with the help of a team) in excess of 250.
This is a Monday-Friday role and requires NO Saturdays!!
Duties to include but are not limited to:
ÂˇCheck in's and check out's
ÂˇVendor contact and care
ÂˇSome general administration duties
ÂˇNegotiating tenancy renewals
ÂˇAll maintenance issues
ÂˇSpeaking with contractors
ÂˇArranging gas, electric and water checks
Duties will vary, it is essential that to be considered for this role you must have a full driving license with access to your own car. You must also have a minimum of 6 months property experience to be considered for this role.
