Our client is looking for an outstanding candidate to join them as a Property Manager. Experience in management and building management is essential. As a Property Manager you will need to have a good understanding of the building itself and all services and utilities.
In return, you will be challenged a daily basis by a highly adaptable business. Â You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and manage the existing portfolio to help control costs, improve service levels, customer experience and Health & Safety.
Employment Experience & Key Areas of Expertise Required
ÂˇStrategic planning particularly in relation to buildings, premises and facilities
ÂˇProject management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors and external parties
ÂˇDirecting, coordinating and planning essential central services
ÂˇEnsuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
ÂˇAsset, equipment and consumable log and maintenance
ÂˇBudget and financial planning
ÂˇA degree in a subject related to construction, project management or engineering
ÂˇExperience interpreting construction drawings would be preferential but not essential.
The ideal candidate for this role will be tenacious, dynamic and highly motivated with the relevant experience in Property Management. There is a substantial package on offer to the right candidate.
