My client are an modern, forward thinking and dynamic multi practice property firm with well positioned stylish offices in the City.
They are looking to recruit a part time Property Management Assistant to enhance the team.
To respond to, follow through and ensure completion of all tenant property maintenance.
Liaise with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants regarding on-going issues providing updates regularly.
Arrange gas certificates, electrical certificates, pat testing and legionella risk assessments.
Arrange maintenance quotations andÂ instructions to Contractors.
Processing of all property management related invoices.
Carry out periodic property inspections.
Carry out property inventories, check outs and move in inspections.
Provide monthly maintenance reports for the Senior Property Manager.
Arrange for property keys to be cut when required.
All other property management and maintenance related administration.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
The company are looking for someone who can commit to every Saturday with flexibility in the week with a total of around 20-30 hours to suit and by mutual convenience.
In return you will receive a basic salary of between ÂŁ15-18k pro rata dependent on experience. The successful candidate will have Property management experience and be able to hit the ground running.
