Property Manager - Market Leading and Fantastic Independent Company.
Our client are one of the most well known and respected estate and lettings agents in the area. They have a deserved reputation for being market leaders within the sales and lettings sector.
Due to increased business levels, they are looking to recruit an experienced property manager for their residential lettings department.
This is an all round role and the individual will have experience of property management in the lettings industry. Ideally with two or more years experience.
The candidate will be required to use their own car (mileage paid) for occasional routine tenancy inspections and to investigate higher level repairs from tenants/check contractors works.
Duties will include:
Dealing with incoming phone calls, telephoning landlords and arranging quotes & works.
Understanding the importance of a timely response to all queries.
Great telephone skills, organisation and the ability to work under pressure.
Ideally knowledge of the housing act and experience of dealing with tenancy check out reports.
Experience of CFP software would be a massive advantage.
ARLA would be advantageous.
You will also be working as part of the lettings team answering the general lettings calls, booking viewings, valuations etc as and when required.
In return the company offer a great salary and working environment. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30, with Saturday on a rota 09.00 - 15:00.
