Our client are a busy independent Estate Agency and are now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their successful Lettings & Property team.
 
Some duties and responsibilities will include:
 
·Assisting and working alongside Property Manager
·Organising inventories
·Day to day correspondence between landlords and tenants
·Ensuring the property manager is updated with issues regarding the properties they manage
·Organising and reviewing property visits and checkout reports.
·Tenant referencing and monitoring process
·Preparation of tenancy agreements
·Overtime to take over own Portfolio
· 
Some Keys skills required:
 
·Previous Lettings/Property experience preferred but not essential
·Well presented, friendly and approachable
·Ability to work well under pressure and problem solving
·Have the ability to work with all types of people
·Organised, reliable and proactive
·Excellent IT and communication skills
·Ability to build and sustain good relationships
 
Salary:
 
Basic Salary £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
