LETTINGS TENANCY MANAGER
Our client is a well known and progressive independent agent, looking for an experienced Lettings candidate to join their busy team in Boston.
The company actively encourages growth and development within the industry and is therefore searching for someone who is looking to progress
The successful candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.
Duties will include
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Increasing the branch portfolio working with new and current landlords
Returning feedback to Landlords
Negotiating rental agreements
Carrying out tenancy inspections and inventories.
Valuing and listing new lettings properties
The ideal candidate for this role would be either a lettings individual looking to take their next step in their property career, or a Property Manager seeking a new challenge for an increasingly successful brand.
