They are looking to recruit a Lettings Property Maintenance Coordinator to work in their busy town centre office. The role offers huge opportunities with genuine career progression.
As part of their busy Property Management team, their Property Maintenance Coordinators take responsibility for:
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and Company Accounts Department
·Maintenance of a large portfolio of properties
·Organising safety inspections
·Organising and coordinating property visits

To be considered for the position, the following are required:
·Residential Lettings experience preferred but not essential as full training given
·Ability to manage a large property portfolio

·The ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants
·Be extremely organised, able to work independently and work well under pressure
·Constantly deliver an exceptional level of customer service
·Your own car
