Our client is an award winning Agent and they are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to their teem in Leeds.
Carrying out a wide variety of general maintenance repairs on our residential managed properties. Raising invoices using our property software – fixflo for billable jobs to Landlord. Liaising with Tenants and ensuring that they are satisfied that all works have been completed. Managing our out of hours emergencies by ensuring that we have cover for this and providing cover where necessary.
·Ensure all jobs are completed in a professional manner and as quickly as possible
·Use fixflo software correctly so Tenants and the office are updated regarding the progress of jobs and when jobs are completed
·Make sure that fixflo software is used correctly to raise invoices for billable jobs on site and uploaded
·A minimum of 5 hours of billable works should be completed per day
·Update the office if you are unable to complete a specialist job and require a specialist contractor
·Keep Tenants informed of any ongoing jobs that may take longer than normal to complete
·Provide accounts with receipts for all materials where necessary
·Work with Maintenance co-ordinator to ensure smooth running of department
·Attend regular morning meetings as required to update on progress and discuss any issues
·Ensuring our customers have a first class customer experience
Ideally worked in a similar role or have previous experience in a relevant trade. Also some customer service skills would be preferred
Experience of the following is necessary:
·Basic none qualified electrical skills
Experience of the following is not necessary but would be beneficial:
·Previous experience in a customer services role (either as a contractor or in a different profession previously).
·Previous experience of using Fixflo maintenance software or a similar product
You must have:
·Your own tools.
·Transport required to get to work
·A mobile smart-phone

·A good customer service attitude
