Due to our clients continued growth and business success, they are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Property Maintenance Co-ordinator/Property Management Administrator to join their friendly and enthusiastic Residential Lettings Team in their Newent Office.
Duties will include:
·Carrying out routine property inspections of their managed rental properties.
·Dealing with maintenance issues from inspections following through on reported issues from start to finish.
·Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants and contractors.
·Assisting with the day to day administration of the department.
· 
This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same!
The successful candidate will have a strong ‘can do’ attitude and be passionate about property and although experience in a similar role is not essential this would be advantageous.
·You must have exceptional communication and organisational skills.
·Be a proficient typist, well versed in the use of word, outlook and CRM systems, with excellent administration and office skills.  Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
·Be a good team player who will be able to think on your feet.
·Be able to manage a busy workload and to prioritise tasks.
·Be a strong communicator and be able to keeps calm under pressure.
·Be a car owner, and a confident driver (as the Lettings area covered is from the Forest of Dean to Cheltenham).
